The flu sucks

This past weekend I started feeling like crap, and Sunday I was in bed all day with a fever. So I stayed home on Monday and went to the dr. The dr. said that I had the H1N1 flu. I was like "GREAT!!! How long does this last?" he told me that it only lasts like 4 days, and I would be able to go back to work after my fever was gone for 24-48 hrs. I asked if it was okay if I went back at the 24 hr make. He told me that it was fine.

So I have to stay home tomorrow and I can go back to work on Thursday. I am so board at home. I can't do much, because I don't have much energy. But I am going to spray my house tomorrow and kill all the germs. I'm also going to change my sheets.

My new nephew

My brother and his wife had their first child on Oct. 6 at 1am. His name is Tucker. He is so beautiful. I am so excited for Shawn and Renee. I have already sent him a box of stuff. Between my mom and I we are going to spoil that cutie.

My mom and dad are going to fly to AZ to meet Tuck tomorrow. They are so excited. I know they are are so happy to be grandparents.

My neighbor

Okay, so I've told you about my neighbor before, right? OH DEAR!! This is crazy!! She has left her OVERFLOWING recycle bin for well over a week. I have called the HOA people and they say "we are working on it" but I don't think so.

So it finally got emptied. And guess what?? There is crap (paper n stuff) everywhere. I have picked some of it up, and guess where I put it?? On her front step!! HAHA.

BUSY BUSY BUSY

Ok, so its been FOREVER since I've been on here. I have been super busy. With having three jobs, going to school, and starting at a gym, I have no time for anything but to sleep. I hardly have any time to do house work.

One of my jobs just ended last week, so that has freed up some time. I was at American Girl doing the dolls hair in the salon. It was SUPER FUN by the way. I will be going back around November for seasonal work.

I still have the other two jobs, am in school, and going to the gym quit often (I've lost 10 pounds already).

What are they doing??????

Okay so I watch two little girls (7 and 10). The seven year old is forever asking me what people are doing. I understand she is curious about things that she has never seen, but really? Like today, we were driving and she saw a fire truck. She asked me where they were going. I looked at her and said "UM, am I supposed to know these things!!" Then I made it into a joke. I saw a person running. I said where are they going?

Am I supposed to be physic or something!!

I was taking the seven year old to gymnastics and she saw a big bus (not a school, or Marta bus). She said "Where is that bus going?" I had to think on my toes so I said, "Its taking bad little girls to the moon." It was the only thing I could think of saying.

My Barking Neighbor....

OKAY THIS IS CRAZY!!!!!

My neighbor has two cats and three dogs (in a three bedroom condo). Can we say ZOO!!!

ANYWAY, it all started about two weeks ago, when my neighbor was out of town. The dogs have a doggy door so they can go outside when they need to.

I was sleeping, as most normal people do at 6am, and the darn dogs came outside and started barking. Scared me to death!! This has happened EVERY MORNING since!!! Even on the weekends. Sometimes its before 6. I mean dude what's up with that.

I have a hard enough time getting to sleep sometimes, and now I have to deal with this.

Children in the front seat

Okay I don't get it. I was at a stop light today and I looked over and saw a little boy (couldn't have been more than 7 or 8) sitting in the front seat. I looked at the car to see if I could tell if there was an airbag (you can tell by looking at the dashboard) there was in fact an airbag. I couldn't believe it. Not only was this young boy sitting in the front seat but he was also not wearing his seatbelt.

What's with these parents today. I mean come on, do you want to scrape your child off the road after they fly out the window during an accident!!!
